Miss Contestants

To compete in the 2018  pageant, you must:

  • Be an American citizen.

  • Be between the ages of 17 and 25, not turning 26 before December 31, 2019.

  • Be at least 17-years-old and entering your senior year of high school in the fall of 2017.

  • Have always been a female, who has never been married or pregnant.

  • Live or work full-time in Michigan for at least six months or attend school full-time in Michigan.

  • Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization.

  • Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements.

  • Satisfy the minimum $100 Children's Miracle Network (CMN) donation.

25%---Interview competition

30%---Talent competition

15%---Evening Wear competition

10%---Lifestyle and fitness in Swimwear competition

20%----Onstage Question

 

  • Opening Number Outfit:  TBA

  • Interview outfit should be age appropriate, NO Jeans.

  • Swim Wear: One piece

  • Talent: 90 Seconds max time limit 

  • Evening Gown of your choice
